Embark on an unparalleled journey of facial aesthetic discovery at our Facial Aesthetic Dissection Workshop, meticulously designed based on the renowned ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) course in Belgium. Featuring esteemed international faculty from the same prestigious program, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to delve into the intricacies of facial anatomy using soft embalmed cadavers. With a maximum of two dissectors per head, you'll enjoy ample hands-on time to explore the intricate structures and refine your surgical techniques under the guidance of our expert instructors. Prepare to be immersed in an intensive learning experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring you emerge with a comprehensive understanding of facial aesthetics and the confidence to apply your newfound skills in your clinical practice.

We plan to have two hands-on dissectors and observers per table, as well as a registered audience in the neighboring hall. A separate lecture series will be run for them, along with a live transmission of the dissection demonstration.

What happens if I need to cancel my registration for the conference/workshop?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your registration, please be aware of the following:

1.    A cancellation fee will be applied based on the date you notify us.
2.   The specific cancellation fee percentage will be communicated separately (check the       conference website or registration confirmation email).

What are the cancellation fees?

We offer tiered refunds based on the date you notify us of your cancellation. Here's the breakdown:

1.   50% refund: if cancelled till 15th October 2024
2.  No refund: if cancelled after 15th October 2024

How will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 5-7 working days after the conference is over. Your refund will be issued through the same method you used for payment (credit/debit card or net banking). Please note, the processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Important Points:
1.   Refunds are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
2.  We are not responsible for delays in the refund reaching your account due to bank processing times.
3.  You will receive a refund reference number for your records.
4.  Cancellations cannot be made after services have already been received.
5.  Refunds will not be provided in cash under any circumstances.
